Week 11:

Movin' and Groovin'

This week in Movin' and Groovin' we are dancing! We are working on clapping fast and slow and are practicing jumping in and out and up and down with the toddlers. We are working on the combination that we have been practicing and turns with the preschool children.

Rock and Rollers

This week in Rock and Rollers we are practicing everything that we have learned so far for the Holiday Showcase! We are also learning round offs and are playing FREEZE DANCE!

Week 10:

Movin' and Groovin'

This week in Movin' and Groovin' we are doing gymnastics! We are practicing forward rolls, straddle rolls, bunny hops, frog hops, and bear crawls with the toddlers and the younger preschool children. For the older preschool children we are practicing headstands and bridges.

Rock and Rollers

This week in Rock and Rollers we are reviewing bridges, jumps, and rolls and we are learning cartwheels! We will also play the children's favorite game, FREEZE DANCE!

Week 9:

Movin' and Groovin'

This week in Movin' and Groovin' we are dancing! We are practicing marching, tip toeing, galloping, and skipping with the toddlers and and all of the above and turns with the preschool children. The preschoolers are also working on a dance combination as well.

Rock and Rollers

This week in Rock and Rollers we learned rolls. The children learned how to do forward rolls, straddle rolls, Indian style leg rolls, egg rolls, and log rolls. We also played a new game called the push up game and we played FREEZE DANCE as well.
