Movin' and Groovin'
This week in Movin' and Groovin' we are having some Holiday fun by dancing with jingle bells and we are showing off our best dance moves by dancing with Holiday ribbon and playing FREEZE DANCE to Holiday music!
Rock and Rollers
This week in Rock and Rollers we are learning line dances such as the Cha Cha Slide, the Cupid Shuffle, an the Electric Slide!
About Me
- Kayla Owens
- Hello, my name is Kayla Owens and I am 19 years old. I have been with Kids R Kids since June, 2008 and I have worked with every age group. Right now I am teaching a dance and gymnastics class to the toddlers and preschoolers and a class called Rock and Rollers to the school aged children after school for two days a week. I really have a passion for dance and gymnastics because I was a cheerleader and a gymnast for 9 years and practically lived at the gym. I also love working with children and I plan to make a career out of it. I went to Miami University for a semester in the fall last year and I plan on going back there in the winter and majoring in Early Childhood Education.
